Pastel portrait

I completed the final touches this morning to my portrait using soft pastels.
There are many pastels out there but I am just using my favourites which are by Contè and they are the round ones which are very soft and have the right amount of pigment for me. These are not  oil pastels.

Pastels reflect the light in different ways and I wasn't satisfied with taking a photo of it in light from the south or the north so I put both together.
My phone has a habit of tinting the images blue when there is a lot of light.
