Creepy doll altered book

I made this one for a trade. I had a book with no hard covers so I used foam board to replace the covers and clay to make a spine for it.
I altered an old doll's head and added a clay piece that I made with Das clay (see bottom).  Dave, a very talented artist who is also a DeMeng junkie, is making me an altered brush Voodoo style!! Can't wait to see it! He makes these fabulous resin eyes,too. He liked my Mermaid altered book and mentioned that he'd like something similar. So, here it is...
